I’ve been in real estate since I was 21 years old, getting my start as a realtor on Long Island, New York while still in college. From the beginning, I learned how to navigate deals, build relationships, and most importantly, focus on providing real value to every person I work with.

As I grew in the business, I saw firsthand how difficult the market has become for everyday buyers and homeowners high interest rates, rising prices, and wages that just don’t keep up. Too many people who should be able to buy or sell real estate were getting stuck because the traditional path simply wasn’t built for them.

That’s what led me to become a creative real estate specialist and ultimately why I believe so strongly in the mission behind HouseAble. We built this platform to create real solutions for real people by bridging the gap between buyers and sellers through strategies that actually make sense in today’s market.

Today, I focus on structuring deals that solve problems. Whether it’s helping a homeowner find the right exit or putting a buyer in a position to win, I use creative financing to turn situations that seem impossible into opportunities that work for everyone involved. I don’t just see this business as real estate I see it as professional problem solving.
